Prospective Students | Cohort Sessions
Global MBA Cohort Sessions
The world economy today is a composite blend of three continental business cultures - namely, the European, Asian and the American. Under the Cohort System, participants from USA, Germany and India will work together throughout the duration of the Global MBA (GMBA) Program.
Once every five months, participants will ge to visit a region other than their own to experience the business and cultural environment prevalent there. These exchange trips may also cover visits to regional companies, interactions with business speakers from the region, or simply exposure to life outside of a classroom.
The learnings of a dynamic, fast-growing economy of the East, the expertise of the classic technology-oriented business models of Europe and the superior entrepreneurial excellence of the Americas, is brought to one unified forum under the aegis of the GMBA.
- Classroom Sessions
These are high-involvement sessions where the participants will get to interact with their international peers, share viewpoints, experiences and gain new insights. The classroom sessions prove to be an ideal platform for delving into diverse expertise in the field of management studies.
- Social Contact Sessions
The GMBA is also unique in another aspect, in that it includes a special social contact program. Here, the participants will be invited to spend time with families in host countries which will enable students to gain insights with the taste of local customs and cultures. Furthermore, the participants also get a window on consumer behavior in three diverse markets, a valuable tool in conducting businesses globally in the future.
- Industrial Sessions
Another extraordinary feature of the program is the live project participation. There the participants will have the opportunity of working on live projects and undergo industrial visits in host nations. This experience will contribute greatly to the learning and understanding of local business. The focus clearly is on inter-cultural interactions and enhancement of global learning.
