2008 Cohort Travel Schedule
All onsite classes meet for 12 days beginning with a Monday and ending a week from the following Friday.
Travel to Oshkosh requires check-in at the hotel the Sunday before the first class meeting. Check-out will take place 13 days later, on Saturday morning following the last class.
Travel to India requires check-in at the hotel the Sunday before the first class meeting. Flights will depart the U.S. the previous Friday evening (one calendar day is lost when traveling to India) to ensure arrival in India on Sunday. Flight time to India is about 18 hours. Return flights from India will depart on Saturday following the last class.
Travel to Germany requires check-in at the hotel the Sunday before the first class meeting. Flights will depart the U.S. the previous Saturday late morning or early afternoon. Flight time is 8-10 hours and the local time in Germany is 7 hours ahead of Central Time. Return flights from Germany will depart on Saturday following the last class.
